Phew... tough morning.<br><br>
7.5 mile run early this morning. Did a few (3 plus a half) longer hill repeats (about 3-3:30 up) until hooking up with LRR, The Rookie, and The Diesel for some fun miles. That right there is a good mix. The Rookie keeps The Diesel on her toes, and when The Diesel is pumping with energy and jokes, everybody follows suit. A fun run. Too bad my spell with them was so short before I had to head for home.<br>

Pushed average of 293W. Pleased because I almost aborted the workout due to tired legs. They stayed tired but started pushing with enough power to get in a solid workout. It hurt.<br><br>
