6 mile run. 38 miles for me since the vraa started. Not counting hiking miles.<br><br>

Richard - dragged is right, I feel your pain. Sleep is my main limiting factor in training.<br><br>
Did 8 miles with 4.5 tempo miles this morning. Went with TP to a new place where she has a membership. Each TM had its own TV with basic cable - pretty cool.

a little Thursday Brag... not about me however.. two of my Friends I run with every THursday are listed in the New Ultra Runing Mag in the Fastest 25 people in a 24 hour Run One on the Female side and One on the Male side.. Pretty cool... and explains why I am always so damn tired after our long runs and they are not <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

5 miles with another PR. 1:02, 1 minute off my last 5 mile record. Could have kept going.<br><br>
Got a rest tomorrow before a 20 mile hopeful Saturday. The last big run before my Marathon run in 3 weeks.
