5k program on my TM. Mixed in some good hills. Have a good day.<br><br>

I started a 15 K training program this week. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative. Today I had to do some speed work in 15 degrees; it was kind of a joke. The good news is that it was over fast -- 2 miles total.
