<p>Background: I work for a small company (only 8 people) and have for the past 15 years. I manage just about everything that uses electricity here and I'm in charge of creating new media (print, web, video - everything except powerpoint). </p>

<p>I'm so sick of developing something new and having it get put on the back burner and forgotten about. We were supposed to roll out a new web site in March. It's now nearing the end of July and the web site is still "in review". The last time we did a major upgrade to our site was 2001.</p>

<p>We were set to update an older piece of literature and we did the initial work years ago and it's still "in review". Month ago, I did a new cover for our warranties, they're still "in review". <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/mad.gif" title=""></p>
