Wonky Weekend, 8/13 & 8/14

<p>No news from the doc yday, even though i called and was told the NP would call me back.  Hoping that's good news...as in no news is good news?  We shall see.</p>

<p>I had a nice evening last night, my upstairs neighbors hosted (on our patio) a little wine and cheese party, with tons of fresh salads from the gardens, theirs and other neighbors who also came over.  I think I ate my weight in zucchini with almonds, shallots and dill, and fresh tomato salad.  Of course, if you have to eat your weight in something...those are good things to eat!</p>

<p>A couple other things:  I slept like the dead last night, was out like a light by 11, but had the strangest dream.  In my dream, my (temp) roommate (whom I never see in reality) had basically renovated the bathroom while I was at work.  He'd moved the whole shower head and tap to the other end of the tub, installed all sorts of little metal shelves in the bath for toiletries, etc etc...so odd. </p>

<p>Of course, I've been saying, I'm ready for him to go since I want my back bedroom back, so maybe that triggered it.  Funny though.</p>

<p>And today would have been my 17th wedding anniversary.  Also odd.</p>

<p>Man, I'm gallery sitting, which I love, but my friend just txted me to see if I wanted to go boating with him today.  Nuts.  If he wasn't an hour away, I'd say I'd meet him after, but I wouldn't even get there until after 2.  Oh well.</p>
