We got around a foot of snow around here. The snow is a dry snow, one of those that just sends off a fan of snow around your foot every time you land on them. The inner child in me was just giggling as I ran today. This 3.25 miles turn out to be a harder run (not pace wise, but efford wise) than the 5.5 interval miles I ran last night (with the 5.5 slow miles I ran in the morning yesterday that makes for a nice 11 MLR for my wings). The speed workout looked like this:

1 mile slow
