Well, I almost feel silly posting after you "runners" but,<br><br>
10 min on the mill, 5 of it actually running, (if you can call it that)<br>
20 min on the bike.<br><br>
Foot is still feeling ok, but it still reminds me that its not totally healed yet, but only on the way. I am ok with that though.<br><br>
