Had a hard time running this AM in the cold and windy coast of Rhode Island. May have to do with giving blood yesterday but I don't know. All in all it was nice to get out in the morning

10.3 miles today...temp was -8C with a frosty breeze blowing hard out of the north. Started off around 10:15 per mile and kept it steady between 9:50 and 10:10 until Mile 8 when I just kinda wanted to get home and picked it up a bit to 9:13 and 8:57...and then coasted in the last .3

I'm now thinking that a sub 24 hour half is in the cards for March 4th.

Well, I almost feel silly posting after you "runners" but,

10 min on the mill, 5 of it actually running, (if you can call it that)
20 min on the bike.

Foot is still feeling ok, but it still reminds me that its not totally healed yet, but only on the way. I am ok with that though.

Its a good day!

I went for a ski vacation to Kamloops. Managed 16k on Sat and about the same on Sun. Actual distance would have been half that if I hadn't counted the distance I fell then had to get back up!
