<p>I'll eat okay for a few days, and then I'll eat like crap for a day. Or I plan out my miles for the week, and then flake out and just do the bare minimum. Gah.</p>
<p>i am at such a stalemate right now. i would not say i sabotage myself but life happens, like Zoe's birthday with CAKE, which i ended up throwing in the trash because i could not stop eating it.</p>
