<p>Tomorrow, the Mountain Division Trail 5K - a straight liner instead of a loop (!) - in Standish and Gorham. <p>gretriever: You should come down to the USATF Mountain Races. Next two (not including this week) are in New Hampshire... a bit closer to you. Cranmore Hill Climb is a wild fun time.</p>

<p>As for me, Sunday is race three (or six) in the USATF-New England Mountain Series. Race is 10 miles broken into an 8.5 mile road race that climbs well over 1000 feet followed by a 1.5 mile ascent of the auto road to Pack Monadnock yielding another 1000 feet. It is my least favorite race in the circuit. The 8.5 mile road race is tough enough.</p>

<p>Escape the Cape Sprint (1/3 mi, 10 mi, 3.1 mi) in Onset, MA for me.</p>
