<p>11.5 mile trail race on Saturday for me. This will start the stepping-up-in-trail-race-mileage process to get me closer to a trail marathon or more in late fall. Legs pretty dead as I type, one day away from race day, but I'll be good.</p>
<p>Sylvania Oly on Sunday for me. Legs are tired from the earlier hard efforts this week, so just for one more tri race for fun and some experiments to counter my puke issue. </p>

<p>Son1 and I are thinking about knocking out a 5K tomorrow. We're in the middle of a hard training cycle, so not expecting anything to happen. But... they always have GREAT goodie bags plus, it's tax deductable. Only race I know that sends out charitable donation thingies!</p>
<p>I'm doing a sprint at Mount Snow, VT. Sounds like there will only be about 100 people total in the race, so a good chance I could come in DFL since I have swum twice this summer, ridden my bike about 3 times, and have a run tolerance of about 3miles. But, it's gonna be fun, and lots of folks I know will be cheering me on!</p>
