Good luck everybody!! I'm not racing (seems i still owe y'all a race report), we're headed to the cottage and then a day trip to Montreal on Sunday for another baptism. All those hours in the car with four kids, I hope I can retain what is left of my sanity.

Good luck racers... seems there are a lot of TEAM LIT happy meetups too.

Nothing for me, which sounds strange to me because, well, I have raced all but one or two (no more) weekends since the Boston Marathon in mid-April. That is about 13 or so weeks of races. I'm off to pound beers with my brothers at a family reunion. Very, very excited.

Thanks Ron. You are right about 'get it done early' - I have been sort of 'practicing' guiding a puke done quickly. I really think I get so behind in hydration/calorie intake on the bike because of this issue; I can't make up for it and I am done before the half way of run. Will see how it goes this time.
