If there were a footrace, who would win?<br><br>
The Kick guy: <img alt="" src="http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m67/JIntorcio/kguy.jpg" style="border:0px solid;"><br><br>
Or the LIT guy: <img alt="" src="http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m67/JIntorcio/lguy.jpg" style="border:0px solid;"><br><br><br>

LIT guy. More forward lean, good knee flexion of the back knee, looks fairly light on his feet. Kick guy is a sprinter and would fade early.

I like Neil's answer.<br><br>
I went with the idiot choice. Though now that I think about it more, I am thinking the Kick guy. Better form and he would be training istead of trying to achieve the next level here.

Need more background info. How many years have they been running? What kind of base training have they done? Are they doing any speed work right now? What's their recent 5K times? Has either of them been injured recently?<br>
We need to know these things before a decision can be made. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Just a guess here, but isn't Kick guy raising his knee too high and his hands are too high and most likely past his midline, meaning too much rotation?

The Kick guy is a bit more intense. The LIT guy seems to be enjoying him/herself more, though. Probably because he or she is happy to have survived the swim.

Good question. Considering most of us have never met most of the others of us, we could actually be like 2 people talking in 25 personalities to each other including outselves.
