I'm weaning myself off white sugar. We have such a love affair. Actually, blame the hot beverages!!<br><br>
I have cut back my sugar consumption tremendously! I'm a 2 pot of coffee & a couple dozen cups of tea a day junkie. Each cup <b><i>used to</i></b> have 2 tsp of sugar.<br>
Now, the first cup of coffee gets one spoon, then I refill it black all day. Repeat with the second pot all night. The tea still gets a spoon or two most of the time.<br><br>
I ran out of sugar a week ago; <i>and yet, didn't die</i> I have a jar of blue agave. I was thinking it is a better alternative. it's billed at low glycemic. had 60 calories. yada.yada. Last night I finally got around to researching it. Now I'm confused.<br><br>
Is it good? Better? Bad? What say you?
