Right before a marathon would be an excellent warm-up...get the blood flowing to the leg muscles (and elsewhere!) ..relieve stress. Enjoyable and maybe improve marathon performance. Afterwards, no..too tired and sore..not optimal.<br>
Marathon sex....meh, if its done right it shouldn't have to last for hours.<br><br>
