<p>Thanks for all the computer help.  I ended up saying F it and just restored my computer (which I think is what Duck was suggesting yesterday but I obviously was confused <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/lol.gif" style="width:15px;height:15px;" title="">).  All is well again!  Was even able to do a file backup first so I didn't even lose anything!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I am tackling some inside work while DH handles the outside right now.  Finally getting out gutter fixed today (we had 5 people come for an estimate and no one would do it because it was under $1000 worth of work.  Really?!)    ANd then dinner tonight with some friends at a Brazilian steakhouse.  Preparing for a meat orgy!!! </p>

<p>Hi all - resting up after my long run.  Now I gotta cram big time for my fantasy football draft tomorrow - I barely know more than squat at this point, so it's time to start figuring out who's out there.<br>

<p>Even though iced coffees or lattes are now my thing, it's hard to beat a super cold chocolate milk or similar after a hard and/or long run.  If they could serve Milo (a malted chocolate drink marketed by Nestle that's super-popular in Asian countries) after races here in the U.S., I'd be pretty happy - that really hit the spot after that 10K I did in Kuala Lumpur last year.<br><br></p>

<p>gorgeous day here, driving my upstairs neighbor/landlords/friends to the airport (they're off to France for their belated honeymoon-JEALOUS!), then going to walk P, get in a short run, and go help my sis make curtains later.</p>

<p>I went to a bridal shower yesterday which was very nice and especially fun because my Ladies' Night people were all in attendance AND there were no hokey games.  It was a brunch and the quiche was good but the individual chocolate cake afterward was even better.  I could only eat half of mine and the other half is waiting in my fridge for an afternoon snack.  I didn't finish the bread cover I was making for the bride, but my neighbor suggested that I give her the bread trays for the shower and give her the cover before she leaves for the wedding.  Of course, I also get the award for most embarrassing moment when she pulled the tray out of the wrapping and I saw that I left the price tag on the back.  I let out a horrified gasp and she immediately handed me the tray without looking at it.  I pulled off the tag and handed it back and then she proceeded to ooh and ahh over it.  Only me.</p>

<p>We left HH at 8pm on Friday and got home yesterday morning at 7:30.  Avery slept the whole time so I napped on the couch all day yesterday while she played and watched Disney channel.</p>

<p>Slept in early this morning and started unpacking then went for a run.  It's beautiful out today, 84 and no humidity which is such a difference compared to the 94% humidity and 105 heat index all week in SC. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Avery and I are headed to the pool soon.  It's the last day its opened so we have to collect our lawn chairs and umbrellas.  </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Tomorrow I hand in my resignation.  I'm going in early so I can get it over first thing.  2 weeks until I finally have my freedom.  I didn't mention this but the Friday before I left for vacation my boss called me and my coworker into his office and took away our 1 teleworking day indefinitely.  If I hadn't already accepted the position this would have sealed the deal for me.  Can't wait to get out of that place!~</p>

<p>OMG...Disney channel was doing some fashion thing for the Sonny with a Chance show and actually called one of Sonny's outfit 80's vintage inspired.  That's as bad as the Selena Gomez concert where she goes "this is one of my favorite songs and its really really old" - it was Pat Benetar Love is a Battlefield.  So feeling old these days.</p>

<p>Hey folks.  Had an amazing date night last night, dinner with some old friends and some new!!  We spent a boatload on dinner but it was worth it, the food was fabulous and the company even better.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Headed to Red Bank battlefield today with my boys to watch the boats and planes and climb on the cannons.  All in all such a beautiful weekend!</p>
