I know this won't be super helpful but, sometimes you just need a break. You've done a TON of training this past year. The mojo will return. I think everyone has been where you are at one time or another (except maybe Thor )

Any sport you've ever wanted to try, but never did? (I always thought rugby would be kind of cool...)

Oh, I've been there. Just not in this decade. Or the last one. But the one before that? Oh yeah. And I expect to be there again at some point. But, umm, thanks for the vote of confidence!

AdCo: What you are going through is normal. You've heard me call it the Ironman Hangover. That's what you got. Don't push it. Like don't go run, ride, or swim if you really do not want it, for you will only prolong the difficulty you're having. Instead, go out there and try something new, find something you can smile about and get excited. If it is trying a new type of racing, or even if it is power walking or hiking or running trails, just find something new. You'll be back when you are ready. Force it too soon and you will prolong it all. Let it flow (but make something flow) and you'll get plugged in again at some point.

Go for a hike? After my IM, I chose not to log anything for a couple of months, just do what I felt like doing. If I felt like doing anything. Don't focus so much on swim/bike/run. Just get out there and enjoy the outdoors. Mojo will come back, it's funny like that

She just told you to take a hike.. doh!

Yes you have Ironman Hangover. I often find you need some outside intervention to get you kick started. Some dude or chick kicking your butt at something may get the old fires stoked again!
