<p>AdCo: What you are going through is normal. You've heard me call it the Ironman Hangover. That's what you got. Don't push it. Like don't go run, ride, or swim if you really do not want it, for you will only prolong the difficulty you're having. Instead, go out there and try something new, find something you can smile about and get excited. If it is trying a new type of racing, or even if it is power walking or hiking or running trails, just find something new. You'll be back when you are ready. Force it too soon and you will prolong it all. Let it flow (but make something flow) and you'll get plugged in again at some point.<br>
