And MG, there is a race in the town next door (<a href="http://www.courir-saint-bruno.ca/" target="_blank">La Grande Virée des Sentiers du Mont Saint-Bruno</a>). It was held on June 17th in 2007 and the 2008 date has not been announced.

Google maps says 1 hour 17 minutes (108 kilometers), but you must go across the island of Montréal. Could be more on a Friday afternoon!.
