Early AM? Lunch? Evening?

Other?

I find that I am most successful if I workout early in the AM. Otherwise life gets in the way, or I am tired when I get home, or I have to schedule around dinner, etc...

Wait for the poll folks...

RUnning is in the early morning 95% of the time or it doesn't happen. At night, when I go to the gym, it's to swim or do weights or use cardio machines (which I personally can't handle for more than about 40 min... way too boring for me!). When the weather is better, I'll probably ride in the late afternoons a few times a week or ride to and from work a couple days a week. Weekends, it's all over the place, but running is still first thing in the morning. Come to think of it, I've been known to hit the pool super early in the am before work on occasion too.

I guess I don't have an easy answer for this one!

I picked all 3 options actually.

When I swim, it it typically at lunch, since the pool is right across the street from work.

And if I sleep in, which happens all too often, especially in the winter, I workout after work.

my workouts vary--so I said other--as much as I would LIKE to get up in the AM--I dont--so its typically afternoon, but sometimes evening, and I would LIKE to do early morning workouts--but like XFL said--it would have to be 3:30am for me--and I havent been able to pull myself out of bed at that time, yet...

It is nice for sure. When it's this time of year, and it's too cold to run outside in the AM, it is often 50 at lunch, so I sometimes run then. I am WAY too sweaty to not shower, so I'm lucky there is a shower in the building, plus a rec center across the street (which I have a free membership to) so it's easy.

My friend talked me into buying this dry shampoo stuff to try, but I haven't tested it yet.

For me, it is all of the above. Right now, it is more evening and some lunchtime while DS is at preschool, but the mornings are about to start. With kids at home, I pretty much workout whenever I have a spare 30 mins.!

don't like earlies but sometimes have to just do it (normally pool).

lunchtime most days during the week. Evenings likewise.

Saturday/Sunday a long session (bike sat, run sunday) when I;ve woken up, digested bekky, and decided I'm going. I'm lucky - no kids, and DW runs with. Life gets organised around training rather than the other way; the only thing that I have to prioritise before training is work - and I'm flexible enough with that too, really.
