Heh. My ears are burning.

Glad to see that run today, ks! I do believe a little time off really fixes a lot of issues.

Nice run there, Mike! I love it when those runs come along. Usually (at least for me) they just happen, I rarely plan them. But then... that's sort of how all my runs end up. A training plan dictating anything more than miles to run and how hilly is really sort of pointless for me.

Holy crap, Heme. That's hot! I think my treadmill would be getting a workout.

A little stealth running, tw? We see a lot of those camo jackets around here with the army post nearby. Lots of cold-weather training grounds in these parts.

Like Johnny, I'll be heading to the woods after work. Did a compressed gym workout with DH today (forgot my gym shorts... 15 minute out-and-back dash to the office to grab my running shorts), just some elliptical and ab/core work. I'm planning the first 5 miles of the Equinox trail tonight, then looping back on what was the ultra loop to make it 9-10 for the day.

The Equinox is slowly crawling to being ready for registration. The new race co-directors seem to be having a hard time getting things going. For the longest time, they didn't even have the DATE on the web site, and all the registration information was for last year! I barely got SR Lopez to put it on the maniac calendar because it didn't look like the race was even going to happen! And the Ultra will now be about 60-64k (~40 miles) which is more punishment than I'm into. I'll do the regular this year.

But... time to start working on some serious hill training, and this Sunday's Gold Discovery Run is a great start! 16.5 miles of hilly fun on old mining roads, muddy trails, gravel and chip seal pavement.
