in the wee hours of the morning in the 2001 Olander Park 24 hour run a guy I was running with got me to try some wheat grass juice. At maybe 3:00 am and 70 miles seemed like a good idea.<br><br>

It can be beneficial if you can stomach it! lol. I used to drink a greens drink every morning. Nothing too exciting to report. The raw stuff will clear your colon out though! <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

I drink a powdered barley grass as a supplement. Can't complain.

I've never tried as I wonder about how my hayfever would like actually ingesting something I'm allergic to???<br><br>
However, I take organic vitamins and the smell when I open the jar floors me, but I can swallow the pills. To me, it doesn't make sense.
