<p>My achilles are still giving me problems. I am getting ART and massage therapy and it seems to be helping....slowly, very slowly. My running is improving, as evidenced by faster times, without increased effort or discomfort, but I have to be careful not to do overdo it. I'm wearing night splints every night. If I don't the tightness and discomfort make it impossible to run the following day. I also have to follow my routine of exercises, stretches and stick or foam roller sessions. Maybe someday I'll be able to run normally again. Maybe. I miss running a lot of miles. <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad5.gif" style="width:17px;height:16px;" title=""></p>
