Not that I have any brilliant ideas for dinner tonight - it's father/grandfather/daughter night out tonight, so I'm on my own.

I'll probably try to get my trainer workout in early, then eat a sandwich or bowl of cereal. I'm not usually all that hungry after my dates with coach Troy

Morphing our leftover carnitas from Sunday into pulled pork sandwiches. Sweet potato fries to go with.

BBQ pork in the crock pot. Corny corn bread.

After a day like today, I sure could use a beer with that. But, considering the workout my coach has down for tomorrow (including 45mins on the Last Chance route--without anyone cheering me on!) I best not drink.

Filet Mignon cooked by my in-home chef (DH). I just picked it up! We'll likely have sweet potatoes and spinach salad with it since we have those in the fridge. Kids WILL NOT get filet! They will have shrimp. I already spent $25 on ours alone.

See, we really don't eat frozen pizza all the time! We actually eat quite well. We don't like to skimp on our food.

Yes, Chucky Cheese is awful but...

I'm sad to say that my dh and his dad actually took dd to Hooters last night They rarely go there, and had gift cards...but geez! They had to take my sweet baby girl with them?
