Got a pot roast in the slow cooker on the counter at home - with potatoes and onions and carrots. If the dog hasn't eaten it, we'll set it out next to a glass of cheap red wine and some ketchup and be good to.

Mushroom soup, portugese bread, and a salad. A new recipe I'm trying with shiitake, oyster, and cremini mushrooms. Hope it's good!

Let's see...Mr. T stayed home to put his desk together...so at 3 he didn't eat lunch, so instead got a whopper meal. ewwwwww.<br><br>
So-that left me dinnerless.<br><br>
I made instant potato soup...it looked a lot better on the package than it tasted. Too much onion powder or something in the mix.<br><br>

Plans for new mushroom soup recipe were thwarted when I got a message from Matt that the car died on his way home from work and he was having it towed to the mechanic. Drove to meet him and ended up waiting an hour for the tow, then talking to the mechanic. We were so famished by the time we got home, we wolfed down a couple of bowls of cereal. So, hopefully mushroom soup later this week.
