Chickpea patties with a side of roasted cauliflower. Will be interesting because I was putting together the chickpea mixture while talking on the phone and accidently added creole seasoning from a recipe that was just above it on the page

Dessert will be a little icecream, or again, some Easter chocolate

You can make the scampi sans pasta and just serve with crusty bread. Saute shrimp until just cooked in a little bit of olive oil and remove from pan. Add some butter, a lot of minced garlic, and some red pepper flakes and saute until fragrant. A glup of dry vermouth or white wine, a squeeze of lemon juice and another little pat of butter to finish it. Add the shrimp, heat through and sprinkle on some parsley.

We're having honey balsamic glazed salmon, toasted Israeli couscous, sauteed carrots.

No idea I have a really sore throat and no voice (the internet is my only form of communication today). So what's good to eat when you have a sore throat?, besides soup, I'm sick of soup, it's all I've eaten in the last 48 hours, except some ice cream this afternoon
These stir fries are sounding good, but I don't know if I can handle it tonight.

Meat pucks in cream of monkey boogers. (hamburger patties in cream of mushroom soup). Peas and corn. Corn muffins.

Question for you foodies--I picked up a bag of frozen "fiesta style veges" with broccoli, carrots, white beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, italian beans, and red peppers. Suggestions on how to use it? Everything except the broccoli sounds good for chili. Thoughs?

4Boyz: Sounds like a great base for a Minestrone style soup.....I would saute a little pancetta or bacon first, then add garlic and onion, then add the fiesta veggies for a few, then add chicken broth (and a parm rind if you have one).
