I'm going to try something new - Macaroni and cheeze (you can tell something's up when cheese is spelled with a "z"<img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">. It's a vegan cheeze sauce I've been threatening to try, made with nutritional yeast, soy milk, tahini, miso and lots of spices.<br><br>
Wish me luck! - and don't tell Matt, or he may grab a burger on the way home.

Let us know how it is. I'm always on the lookout for healthier m&c versions since if given his way, DS would eat it at every meal. My latest has been a butternut squash cheddar sauce with multigrain penne.<br><br>
Dinner in the hobey house tonight is a barley risotto with mushrooms, rosemary, & red wine.

Whole wheat pasta with butternut squash/ricotta cheese sauce. I've not used the squash cheese mixture as a sauce before, (normally I make tortellinis with wonton wrappers) so we will have to see if this works.

Grilled turkey breasts, not sure about the sides yet.....might go lazy and make stove top. Kids and dh love the stuff...me, not so much. I'll probably just have extra veggies.<br><br>
Hobey....I have an awesome mac 'n' cheese recipe that's actually pretty nutritious. Even my pickiest eater loves it. It is a recipe I've modified a bit from a Moosewood cookbook. I'd be happy to pass it along if you'd like.
