<p>I have this crazy race - 10 legs of r/b/s/r/s/r/s/r/b/r - coming up in 10 days. One of the few open items I haven't solved yet is the leg #2 - biking. </p>
<p>Optioens are: </p>
<p>1. I won't change the shoes after running at Transition. Just ride with my running shoes (= I will change the pedals to the platform pedals). Once get to the next Transition, just stick the running shoes in my tri shorts and swim. </p>

<p>2. Change to the biking shoes at T and carry the running shoes in my back. At next T, leave the bike shoes with the bike, put the running shoes in the back and swim.</p>

<p>What would you do? Would I lose a lot of time by riding with the running shoes? It is 20mile ride. I don't think I like toe cages. </p>
