I forgot.. I also record everything. Can't waste a full hour watching TV. Regular shows take 40 minutes. American Idol takes less than 30.

Oh, and something else I recorded yesterday:<br>
A one-hour show on one of the Discovery HD's, called something like Tour: Living the Dream... about two regular guys who train to ride the hardest stage of the Tour de France. Didn't see it yet, only fragments, but seemed pretty cool. You might still catch it since they keep repeating the same shows over and over.

The only show I really love is LOST, but I hear there will only be a few new episodes this spring. I also started watching the biggest loser this season, we'll see if it holds my attention the entire season. oh and anytime there is an episode of Friends on, I'll watch it, love that show.

We watch Lost, Criminal Minds, House, CSI (the original only), Amercian Idol, and the biggest loser.<br><br>
Heather- Lost was told that they have to wrap it up within the next three seasons. They decided to do only 6 or 7 episodes this year- they are trying to draw it out a bit. DD16 is a fanatic. The death of Charlie last season was devastating in my house. <img alt="crybaby2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/crybaby2.gif"><br><br>
Chris- I gotta find that show on Discovery. That would be pretty cool.<br>
PBS had a show here not too long ago about a group of regular folks that they followed while they trained for the Boston Marathon. More of a science experiment, but interesting.

Ok, a few conclusions:<br>
1. I thought I'm watching too much... but when do you guys have time to train with so many shows????<br>
2. I feel like home. Everywhere else I'd be weird, watching American Idol, but since here it looks like everybody's watching it...

Other than The Office, I watch channels more than specific shows. ESPN, Discovery, the and the History Channel top my list!

Lost - can't wait until Jan. 31st - though I still have a few episodes from last season to watch online to catch up.<br><br>
The Office - so funny, and uncomfortably on the mark!<br><br>
I'm excited about another season of Ice Road Truckers. That was pretty cool.<br><br>
And, when I catch them, I like Survivorman and the Dog Whisperer (and I don't even own a dog). Bear Grylls is a little over the top for me - every time I see him he's either naked, peeing on something, or eating something really gross.<br><br>
Lately it's been CNN news, with all the election coverage.

Tammy-- yeah DH and I were upset about Charlie too, I kept telling DH, "he didn't really die, the island will save him or something, they won't really let him die!" oh and I'm still upset about Boone dying in the first season! and Shannon too! just when she started being nice they killed her! and only 6 or 7 episodes, ugh what's with that?

I'm glad so many of you watch Lost. Maybe when it begins, we can have a Losties thread, for theories and other discussions <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

Are you kidding me...Bear rules! My kids love to go down to the coast and imitate Bear crawing out of the mud. They find a nice gooey marsh pool and get as stuck in the mud as they can get. Then, they "monkey crawl" out of it.<br><br>
Survivorman is too much of a whiner for me. He has a lot of good ideas, just as long as you get stranded with a Land Cruiser, a mountain bike, and a snowmobile to strip-down for survival supplies.<br><br>
I will agree that he eats a lot of pretty nasty stuff, and he does get naked quite a bit. Maybe that is why my wife is a fan, now that I think about it. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">

Yes, that's exactly why your wife is a fan <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
I cringe when he finds a really cute animal - "oh, look at this, I just caught this little 5-lined skink" .... and then eats him! "he makes a tasty and nutritious meal"<br><br>
I agree, Les always looks like he's been beaten down, but that seems more realistic than Bear's enthusiasm.

Heather- DS really liked Boone and was so angry that he wouldn't watch the next show. But yeah, when Charlie died, we cried! That is really sad and pathetic huh? He did an interview not long after it aired- he said that he really is done and is not coming back.<br><br>
Chris- DD writes on the official LOST forum- maintained by the creators. One day DH decided to post his theory. It never made it to the forum- it was intercepted by the creators of LOST. They told him that they would not let his theory post to the forum as it would have detrimental effects to the outcome of the show. Huh? He figures that he hit the nail on the head.

Anything on at 10 or later I'll never see.<br><br>
On weekends, it depends on which kid I'm watching with. DS1 watches Fox Soccer Channel - new games, old games, you name it. DS2 likes The History Channel, Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs - that sort of stuff.<br><br>
I've been watching Friday Night Lights pretty regularly and the whole family watches Survivor and American Idol - and a lot of sports.
