I am soooooooooo sore

My race has left me super achy and I stodd in the "feels like 38*" winds for 1 1/2 hours. I think the shivering and squinching up has caused my back soreness like I cannot believe!

My tooth. Missing filling + blackberry seed = OOOWWIE!!

My heart. Ian shredded me pretty good in family therapy on Friday. We deconstructed that a little bit at visitation on Sunday. He was venting and didn't mean all that he said in the way that it was said and i can accept that. I can accept that he's mentally ill and is going to do everything possible to not look inward, but still...alot of what he said still hurts, three days later.

My right calf is killing me. I think it's related to my PF in my right foot.

It's probably a good thing I've been too busy to run since Wednesday. If the sun comes out today, tho, I'm going to explore the new hood.
