Here's what I bring to the office most days:
yogurt or bread and peanut butter to make peanut butter toast (breakfast)
black beans and rice (lunch)

What about you?
1 Banana
2 apples
2 oranges

bread for toast
pb for toast

salad for lunch or frozen meal.

some sort of salad for dinner or a frozen meal
i eat breakfast in the car, but i bring it... so...
TJ's moral fiber muffin
black beans, rice and chicken for lunch
banana and granola bar or almonds for snack
yogurt with 1/4 cup granola
lunch lately has been turkey sandwich, veggies, & crackers...or...tuna, veggies, & brown rice
apple
1/2 cup cereal or some pretzels
A piece of fruit
Yogurt
Leftovers from dinner
Almonds
A big bag of prunes (I refuse to call them dried plums. Embrace the prune-age!)or dried apricots
Varies. Usually something with sugar for a little boost. Cookies, candy, pie, cake, granola bar. I got nothing today. Looks like a trip to the vending machines is in order.
Well it's got to come from somewhere... and external sources are better than nothing
I work part-time, so rarely pack a lunch.
But I do bring a snack for the morning.

I eat a piece of fruit and 11 almonds every day at recess break.
I will also eat a granola bar if SUPER hungry [like I did today]

Sometimes I'll bring a container of yogurt, some berries, and a serving of cereal instead of the above mentioned snackage.
Yogurt
Fruit Salad (when I have made some)
Leftover dinner for lunch

I have an array of foodstuffs here at the office including but not limited to:

Wheatgerm
Total Wheat Cereal
Better Cheddar Crackers
Rich Chocolate Ovaltine
A variety of Teas
Altoids covered in dark chocolate
Candy to fill my candy jar, and become afternoon snackage when I have no willpower (which is most days)
I really like this working from home thing. I don't have to pack a lunch and my whole kitchen is my free vending machine.

But when I do go to the other office, I usually have soup, some rye toast thingys and fruit.
I always eat breakfast at home.

I generally bring lunch which today consists of a container of butternut squash soup, a bag of baby carrots, and an orange...and just so nobody can steal it today I am keeping it out of the kitchen until lunch time.

I have microwave 100 cal packs of popcorn and fruit leathers in my locker for days that I am starving to death before my trip home.
Today, veggies and dip, frozen meal for lunch, string cheese, clementines.

And my workout bag. In there is shorts, shirt, sportsbra, socks, shoes, and my iShuffle.
