Mar 16 - 16 miles running<br>
Mar 17 - 10 miles skiing, 750 meters swimming (half hr)<br>
Mar 18 - 6.22 miles running (race...new PR)<br>
Mar 19 - 3.11 miles running<br>
Mar 20 to 23 - nothing.
