<p><strong><em>Fair Warning!</em></strong>  This report is long.  Very long.  After careful review and many revisions, I just could not bring myself to shorten it.  Too much went on that weekend.  Too many experiences were had.  To leave any detail out would've been denying what a truly wondrous and remarkable experience it all was.</p>

<p>So sit back with a cup of coffee, a bottle of beer, a glass of wine - whatever floats your boat - and (hopefully) enjoy.</p>

<p>I loved it!  Every word of it.  It brought the entire day back for me.  I have to tell you that I've been going to this race for years, and Kate's finish was one of the most spectacular I've ever seen.  I think the only one that surpasses it was Amy Palmiero-Winters.  She literally flew around the track.  </p>

<p>You did a great crew report.  I wish I could have spent more time talking to you and Karen.  Muddy would come and help me crew Keith when he could, and I really appreciated it.  He is just the best.</p>

<p>So maybe in a year or two we will be seeing you fly around that track!</p>

<p>Thanks for the comments.  Katie, it was really great having Muddy there as a 3rd crew person as it gave me the opportunity to take more pictures than I normally would have been.  Plus, once Karen left, it was nice to still have someone with me.</p>

<p>Wanting to follow your directions re sitting back with a bottle of beer, I waited to read this until I could do such.</p>
<p>So, now, with half a bottle of Full Circle (kolsch-style beer) from New Holland Brewing remaining, I want to let you know that I read every word. I laughed. I cried. And, I'm (as ever) looking forward to the day when I finally feel ready to throw my hat into the ring (or name into the lottery). What a fabulous journey you all shared!<br>
