60 minutes on the elliptical for me this morning. I really wanted to run today, but I was feeling some discomfort in my Achilles when i woke up this morning and decided I better not. I have an ART appointment in about an hour, so I plan to pepper him with questions about how much I can run right now. I know I can run with some amount of discomfort, I just don't want to push it. Anyhoo, I also did ab work and weights this morning.
