And I'm not sure about this!! Sheldon has me doing some crazy amount, and I am not sure I can actually swim that long. Plus, I only have about 45 minutes to swim, since it's over my lunch hour. But 45 minutes in the pool is about 800 times what I've done since summer...<br><br>

This may be a good thing: I actually just checked my work calendar and I have a lunch meeting, so I'll end up doing all of my workouts tonight, instead. It will give me more time anyway.<br><br>

He was off on today's swim workout by 500 meters...I ended up swimming far. Shoulda sandbagged the thing, but I didn't realize until AFTER I got out how far I swam <img alt="mad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/mad.gif">
