Wow Richard! Stellar week.<br><br>
Last week was bad for me; didn't have the heart to post it. Bad, but not a disaster as I was up 2.4 from last time. I did better this time.<br><br>
This week's goal: 234<br>
Was: 236.4<br>
Now: 232.2<br>

Nice work Billy... Start posting even if it is not the news you were hoping for...<br>
and to be honest I am a bit of a non believer of my weight loss this last week... Something seems odd about that much of a loss. we will see how that plays out over the next week.

My weight fluctuates so much, I've switched to a rolling 7-day average. It's a better representation of what's going on.<br><br>
This week:<br>
SW: 215<br>
Last week: 209.0<br>
Current (7-day average): 208.6<br>
Last Week Loss: - 0.4<br>
Total Loss: 6.4<br>
Goal: 190 (18.6 to go)<br><br>
This week's taper (short runs last weekend and none this week so far) have slowed my progress...<br><br>

Chris - I am so looking forward to getting ready for a fall marathon. I am *already* dreading the taper, with weight control being not least among the reasons.<br><br>
