I really. really, really want to get to 210 by 4/21 (Boston) - Right now weight loss is the quickest way for me to get faster.<br><br>
Can I really "Be Good" for 21 days? or at least 20 out of 21 <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

Very happy this week..... even after a 3 or 4 day Easter chocolate binge I managed to lose some weight.... must have been those extra VRAA miles and workouts <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
Starting weight 205 (3/3/08 )<br>
last week lost -2 lbs<br>
Current weight 197 (3/31/08 )<br>
Total loss - 8 lbs<br><br>
Goal weight 175 (by 10/15/08 )<br>
(Dream weight 160)

Family was gone last weekend and the girls left the easter candy behind, now their chocolate is gone also - Along with a lot of PB ...<br><br>
I ask them to hide it ... I hope they get better at hiding <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

Yup..I would steal candy from a baby as well....<br><br>
I have frozen most of mine so I atleast need to thaw it out first...
