I gained 4.2 this week. I'm up 2.4 for the year, now at 242.4. The flare up of ITBS did not help but in many ways that's just an excuse. I am taking the excuse of being essentially unable to exercise to focus more closely on what I am eating. Results are hopeful so far but the week is young. Next Monday will tell the tale.
Well, I bought a new scale... I had a sneaking suspicion the old one was horribly inaccurate, and it was <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> New weights are adjusted to reflect the extra 4lbs I "found".<br><br>

Goal: 190lbs (21 to go)<br><br>
