I am thinking I was dehydrated last week and it had nothing to do with the overeating on Easter and two planned days off exercise <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">.<br><br>

Thanks.... 200 is always a big one for me to get under.... and then stay under, especially when there's Easter candy around <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
