Starting Weight: 215<br>
Last week average: 208.3<br>
Current average: 207.2<br>
Last Week Loss: - 1.1<br>
Total Loss: 7.8<br>
Goal: 190 (17.2 to go)<br><br>

Starting week 261<br>
Current Week 241 (this is on a official scale)<br>
Total Loss this year 20lbs<br><br>
So really gained 3 or 4 pounds from what I weighed last week on my home scale.<br><br>
225 Goal Weight.

No change.<br>
I'm plateauing I think.<br>
*sigh<br><br>
I've only lost 2 lbs this month and thats after losing 8-10 lbs. per month in previous months.<br><br>
If I dont see anything this week I'll kick start it.

Too bad my goal was not to gain up to 232. <img alt="blush.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/blush.gif"> But, I'm not far off my goal of losing 1 lb/wk and this was my "regularly scheduled" setback week. Hopefully 2 weeks of weight loss to follow. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
