Since I'm doing a 7-day average for tracking, I'll switch to Mondays with everyone else.<br><br>
This week:<br>
SW: 215<br>
Last week: 209.3<br>
Current (7-day average): 208.3<br>
Last Week Loss: - 1.0<br>
Total Loss: 6.7<br>
Goal: 190 (18.3 to go)<br><br>
The irony of ultrarunning is that I was 212.6 this morning (up 4.3 from last week's average)! Darn electrolyte/fluid imbalances after those races really screw things up!!<br><br>
