Now that Larry's going to be a model, there's even more incentive to drop a few pounds to look good when he sees me!

Weighed myself this morning. I'm holding steady.

B - banana, oatmeal
S1 - Fiber One bar
S2 - organic granola bar
L - vegetable rice bowl
S3 - handful of M&Ms
S4 - apple

Dinner will be either salmon or chicken. Haven't decided yet.

*weak cough from the back of the room*.....

This morning I saw 214 on the scale for the first time in about 5 years..I have fluctuated from 215 (WITH NO LOWER) to 225 for so long now. I am claiming that single pound for all it's worth. I'm serious!

Thanks, I know it sounds silly but I didn't think my scale would literally EVER break that stupid 215 line. I am so ready to complete OHR so that I can go up to 4 days a week running, tied with crosstraining and stricter diet........ who knows. You might want me in that 2008 calendar yet. LOL I'm just so ready to get under 200 and be more trim.

I was up a touch at my WI today at WW, but I can live with that since last week was horrible.

And so to start things off today, I had a few too many reeses pb eggs. WTF?

I gotta knock it off with the halloween candy. If I'd replace it with fruits I'd be set.

Cross trained and abs this morning. I am shooting for afternoon runs this week in order to enjoy the last week of "daylight" afternoons after work. Starting Sunday it's dark at 5pm when I get off work. But the flip side is my morning runs will no longer be dark. So we get Mr. Sunshine one way or the other!

Colleen I will reply with the exact answer at lunch (when I go back home). It was a good deal, only about $20 at Wal Mart. It can even keep up with 2 different persons' weight changes. Digital with a long life lithium battery. It's completely flat also - which I like. I don't care as much for the ones that have bumps or pads or the likes.
