I lost the two pounds I'd gained last week. But I'm still way short of my goal. When does this challenge end??

I'm weighing on Fridays. From 9/21-9/28 I was down 4.2lbs.<br><br>
This week's goal...working out on non-swim days (meaning, get my arse in the gym M, W and/or F)

Haven't been posting in awhile. I have 4 opounds to gotoo reach my goal. Of course, my goal is to lose 5 pounds, so not huge progress.<br><br>
My goal this week is to eliminate sweets and sugar. And to work out every day.

Woo hoo, dropped a half pound. That puts me at 7 or 8 ( cant remember if I originaly had 215 or 216 listed ) lost. Either way its still good. Now if I could quit rewarding mysefl but eating things im not supposed to be or eat them in moderation <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"> Dont know if I will drop the 20 I wanted to by Philly but Id be happy with 10 lbs lost by then

I'm 11.5 down from when I started up with you guys. Still have a ways to go, but at least it's progress in the 'right' direction.<br><br>
According to the calorie counter website, I still have 26.5 to go, for my 'goal' weight. Realistically, I'd be happy with 16.5, but I figure all these damned Chic-Fil-A 210 calorie Chargrilled Chicken Salads (w/ light italian dressing) that I'm eating, it might as well count for something... why not go for the big goal, eh? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">

sweet.<br><br>
okay, i had a very crappy eating weekend. i raced on saturday and got sick after so i ate minimal on saturday and ate way too much on sunday.<br><br>
so today i ate:<br><br>
1 granola bar<br>
2 krispy kreme donuts (i ate like 8 yesterday. i was eating them like it was my job)<br>
1 sausage link<br>
1 24oz coffee<br><br>
going out to dinner with inlasws for dh's birthday which was last month. all you can eat salad! woot. and then something healthy ish.

i think it has garbanzo beans on it. does that count?<br><br>
my in laws did WW with me before i got preggers. they did awesome. then i started to gain weight and then they did. now they claim that they have maintained. i don't believe them.

No such success with the weight loss...I'm +2 these days. Which is -2 from where I had gotten to...? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"><br><br>
I did an experiment last week, I tracked ALL my food for 7 days and then tallied up the calories over the weekend. Until Saturday, I actually appeared to stay within 1800 - 1900 cal each day. With plenty smart choices but not ALL smart choices. Now I just have to replicate that each week and I'd be able to do some slow weight loss.<br><br>
Yesterday: did not do that. Today I'm travelling for work and most of my food will be on the go, so we'll see how that pans out!<br><br>
Great job to all of you dropping the poundage!

B - granola, donut, fig bar<br>
S - cinnamon cake<br>
L - broccoli salad<br>
S - 3 mini-Twix and a Theia brownie<br><br>
I am bursting out of my pants and so miserable, yet I keep stuffing my face with garbage. GAH! I am teh suck.

Reporting in with a horrible week, +2 lbs, I know it's water, because there is no way in hell I ate 7000 extra calories.<br>
I will have a better weigh in next Monday!
