149 even this morning, so down .6 from last week. I'll take it, considering the amount of Halloween candy I managed to stuff into my face...
does Brandy need a spanking? Oh wait. not Friday yet. We'll hold off for now.
Surprisingly after the Halloween week, Im back down to 207. Im happy with it but a surprised. Now I just need to keep my nose to the grind stone and see if I can drop that last 2 lbs off before next week.

So far today I have consumed
1 bowl/package of Banana Nut bread Quaker instant oat meal
1 12 oz Coke

Snack cup of peaches and pineapples
Nature Valley fruit and nut bar
20 oz Arrowhead Water

4 oz ( if that ) steak
broccoli and carrots
2 pieces french bread w/butter
12 oz coke

1 chocolate cupcake
I am home sick. I was really sick this morning -- severe headache, major nausea, intestinal distress -- so I haven't eaten much.

B - cereal with skim Lactaid milk
L - english muffin, soup

Must start hydrating. I'll go make some tea.
I'm still sick myself. Nothing like losing your appetite but forcing yourself to eat b/c of a dang marathon.

Brandy - I'm seriously revamping my nutrition; coming up with a plan and areas I need to really focus. I think dropping some weight and joining up with a running club will be the next steps in getting faster and making more progress in my running. I'll be sure to pass on anything I can come up with.
/hands Theia (edit: AND Maria!) some OJ, Zinc tablets, and some kleenex! Hope you feel better soon, hun!

As far as weight loss... I think anyone that broke even or lost during the week of Halloween deserves a hearty pat on the back and the very least!

Weight loss here is continuing. I don't want to put a number down atm, as I might jinx myself.... but let's say that I'm right on the edge of a (one of several) highpoints, and as soon as I hit the number on the scale that I'm looking for... I have a special bottle of icewine from canada, that I'm going to open in celebration!
So far I ate

Coffee with some creamer and milk
cereal (bad sugary kind)
Doubleshot espresso thingy
green beans (1 cup)
2-3 oz of chicken
Not HORRIBLE but not good. blah. Yes, maria, if you find the magic combo...please tell me. I seriously need to drop 10 or so.
You can do it, HH. I posted in the Maintain challenge thread, and I'm totally up for a HWLC.

I lost 1.2 lbs, which is a sheer miracle considering the halloween candy snafu that took place this last week. If you tested my body comp right now, it would be like 25% halloween candy. But I did run over 20 miles last week, so I suspect that is what saved me.
I don't have a scale. Maybe I'll go to the gym in the morning and use theirs and do a full body weight routine and a few minutes of cardio. I feel like a slug and I keep eating ice cream and cheetos and drinking beer. I hope things will even out soon.
Wow did I ever make some bad food choices yesterday. I blame the depression and the overall stress of the day. (And myself, of course).

I didn't go over my points for the day, but when you only get 18 points to begin with, too many mini chocolate bars can really eat into those!
i havent been in the gym lately. on my bike a few times, and did some hiking on sunday, but overall, not as much exercising as i should have...yet i've lost the excess weight that i'd put on, and i'm back down to my low.

i blame it on either muscle loss or dehydration, or both.

i need to get back to being consistent with my exercise.
