<p>Took 5 seconds off this season's 5k pr, and 2:55 off this year's best half marathon, and totaled a new high of 34 miles for the week, which is a good day for Flounder.</p>

<p>Still a little lax with my diet. The heat hasn't been helping on the running. Ramp up for a fall marathon begins in earnest, assuming my injuries are in fact gone and I can handle long runs again.</p>
