<p>Hmmm. Nobody wants to be first. Me either, but here goes.</p>

<p>weighed in at 228, a 7 pound gain. Some of it is water weight, some of it was christmas day munching.</p>

<p>It's christmas. I'll give myself a pass this week. Semi serious next week and I'll stop stuffing my face in the new year.</p>

<p>Did manage about 25 miles, but short slow mileage doesn't burn much fat.</p>
