<p>GW 210 Dec 31st (I changed this from195 since 210 was my original goal for 2010, I am happy to say that I spent majority of the year at that number) So I would like to end the year there.</p>
<p>LW: 214</p>
<p>CW 218</p>
<p>WL: +4 (+7 over the last two weeks) still not worried,</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I am sure that I will be down about 6 lbs by next weigh in. I had a good week over all. 6:10 of exercise. including three runs. THe above weight gain is Food and not Booze so that is why I am not sad. (it took two thanksgivings and a lot of pie). I expect another good week.</p>

<p>Made it through the first holiday w/o gaining any weight.  (Had to run 80 miles to accomplish that, though).  Now just two birthdays, Christmas, and New Years...</p>

<p>I picked up a bug and had a fever and sore throat and felt like crap for 4 days. I missed the thanksgiving face stuffing and didn't eat much for the other days. I got in only 9 miles. That is my lowest week since the first week of January. I am not sure how much of the loss is water weight but I am going to use this bump as a starting point on a better diet for the holidays. This might be my lowest weight since 1982.</p>
