GW: 195

LW: 210

CW: 211

WL: +1

A very good week "workout wise" for me and I was really good on food90% of the time. Nailed it on cocktails only 1 beer and two glasses of wine. Wate I averaged 96 ounces per day. 3 trail runs and 3 hours of weights, core and pilates/yoga.

If I can duplicate this week again and again all well building more on the running I would be very happy. One of these weeks I do want to start adding in at least one swim per week. My knee was really sore before my run yesterday/ while I was running/ and after.. that was a buzz kill.

I did however order more winter running gear for Looooooong pull my sledathons. :) :) :) let the gear collection keep on coming. Still that pesky 700 dollar sleeping bag... and 300 dollar gloves.. etc...

Loss: -1

Goal: sub-195

Being sick is good for weight loss, I guess, because I haven't run in a week. (And it's driving me insane).

I will DNS the marathon this weekend - Nothing good can come from it.

It only generates light pain to walk at incline - So it looks like a lot of 12-15% walking is in my near future. After I get that down, I will likely block up th efront of TM and work on 20-30% incline walking - But that was not planned until next spring.

I do not deal with injury well - Or really its not being able to run that I do not deal with well - But this time will be different - I am thinking about going old school - Before running, I would go on big weight loss binges by going Eliptical and Stair Climber a couple hours a day whilst maintaining a 1,500-2,000 cal per day diet - Crabby ass.

I will try and start today.

LW 222.5

CW 224

Week +1.5

Total -17

The numbers are starting to creep up. Getting used to winter running so hopefully I can get the miles back up, though diet is the big factor.

Sorry to here about the injury, Flounder. Be smart and get healthy.
