Maples usually starts this thread, but as I was milling about trying to find some clean pants to wear, I stumbled across of pants I had pretty much given up on ever fitting into again. And now, I am wearing those suckas!

I have actually been pretty lax on the weight loss lately, but I promise to do better just as soon as I get over being sick. Urgh.

Travel and Easter didn't kill me as much as I thought they would. I'm not losing this week, but I'm ok with that.

Add me to the loose pants club. I can pull my jeans off without unbelting or unzipping. I still don't think I can fit in the next smaller size (which I haven't seen since college), but it's a pain in the @ss to have to hike my pants up every time I stand up. Maybe a belt that fits would help.

Keep up the good work, people!

I have decided that today is the day I will begin to take this stuff seriously. By that I mean do a better job on the little decisions that make the difference. Gonna control my food intake starting today. That is all.

Go to the store and get new pants!! If you can pull them off like that, you can get a smaller size! That is how I know to buy new pants. When DH thinks it's funny to depants me...

So I think I'll maintain today at my WI. Which is a small miracle considering the weekend and stuff.

Good job, gang!! I haven't weighed in this week - the WLC got me a little too close to obsessing on the scale, so I've decided to take a break. But I'm still eating pretty well and getting into higher mileage weeks for tri training. The trick will be compensating for increased hunger/calorie burning with smart choices. Probably going to double my fruit/veggie purchases for the week so I can have extra snacks everywhere...car, work, gym bag, purse, coat pocket.....

On a sad note, the Boobie Fairy has come and started taking mine away again . I keep begging the Hip and Thigh Fairy to visit instead, but that bitch keeps ignoring me.

First off yea Nettie, Theia and Prae on the loose fittin pants club!

I normaly weigh in on Mondays but seeing as how im off this week I just didnt think about it ( I normaly weigh on Phoenix City Hall's scale ) I did weigh on my cheapy house scale b4 I weighed in on the city scale last Monday just to get a feel for how far apart they are. 1lb difference. Well I got on the scale here at home and Im at 200. Woo hoo a drop of 4 lbs since last week! Really the only thing different is that I still havent had a Coke or Pepsi in 18 days! Two more days and that will be the longest Ive ever gone without one since I started drinking them on a regular basis as a teenager.

Keep up the great work gang. Maybe if im lucky by this time next week Ill be under 200 for the first time in several years.

Keep something on-hand at all times that you can eat when tempted. I just finished up some baby carrots when thoughts of getting a big ass cookie came to mind. I'm fine now. I like honey over apples when my sweet tooth comes out too.
