Weekly Weight loss- St. Patty's style

Hi all. Didn't see a thread yet so I might as well start one. Even though tomorrow is weigh in day I am happy with what I saw this morning. 209.8. My new goals are to stay under 210 and start consistently moving towards 200. This will be 3 of the last 4 weeks that I am just under 210. IF I can stay away from eating out and keep up the water intake I think I can bust 205 in the nose within a few weeks.

Good luck to you all this week. May the scale love you all.

Chins up everyone! Hopefully spring starts actually coming around now and we'll all get to enjoy the outdoors a bit more.

I did an informal weigh-in over the weekend and am holding steady at -11 for year.
Yeah Biah!!!! Here's to carrying healthy changes over into habits

Biah, I'm constantly re-assessing my ass Knowledge is power. My latest set of changes have me eating much further down the food chain, it was really just tweaks here and there but they add up. Similar to how eating a bag of smoked cheddar popcorn in a single/couple sitting(s) adds up (esp. when done more than once a week).
