OK, I'll start us off.<br><br>
146.6 this morning (so a loss of .2 pounds since Thursday morning). That was after I ate a Fiber One bar and drank a big glass of chocolate milk, so I'll see what Thursday brings.
Tomorrow is the monthly measure and weigh. But as far as today's peek at my weight goes:<br><br>
"Tarzan no like what scale say"<br><br>
That about sums it up for me. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
I will give my changes in my measurements tomorrow. Hoping for some good news.
I'm feeling great! Well, a little hungover from yesterday's basketball game watching, but otherwise GREAT! My food choices leave me feeling satisfied without being bloated and over-full and my energy levels are through the friggin' roof! Now if I could just get my mileage back up and race some, I know I'd feel even better. Treated myself to a new pair of smaller sized pants from Ann Taylor Loft - very cute! And very <i>springy</i>!<br><br><img alt="" src="http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g254/mpfeiffer/atlpants.jpg" style="border:0px solid;"><br><br>
I think it's time to talk some folks (trainer or similar) and get their feedback on just how much more I should try to lose or if I'm at a good spot.
Like the new pants, <b>Maria</b>!!<br><br>
Today I'm back on WW. The last 3 weeks have seen me on somewhat of a downward (and I don't mean weight loss) spiral re: eating. Refocused as of today!<br><br>
Great job, <b>Theia!</b>
It isn't the watching that gets you in trouble <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
I guess having $$ on the line helps. I am down 5 pounds this week.
Well unless I drop 3.5 lbs in the next couple of days, I wont be under 200 like I had hoped. Guess it was just too much good food over the weekend celebrating my DS's birthday. Im at 203. Oh well. I know what to avoid eating between now and next week.<br><br>
On a positive note, I have gone 3 weeks and 1 day without a Coke or Pepsi. Thats the longest I have ever gone since I started drinking them on a regular basis as a teenager. Ive had a few sips of my wife's Pepsi or Coke on two occasions and surprisingly I dont miss drinking them. I cant believe how fricken sweet they are after not drinking them on a regular basis. How in the hell did I ever drink them all the time is beyond me.
I started to resist the snacks, especially the ones that happen after supper, and I've lost 5 lbs in the last couple of weeks! I'm liking how I feel...but I sure am missing those snacks.
Yay, <b>Theia</b> and <b>Litch</b>!! And great job <b>Maria</b> (cutie-cute pants!), <b>Frankie</b> and <b>Clare</b> on the eating choices....great stuff<img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
I'm 3 pounds up from 2 weeks ago but my clothes are noticeably looser....I'm usually up after a race, and I'm retaining a bit so I think it'll go away by week's end. I've stuck to my fruit/veggie increase and it feels really good (about 8 servings a day). I'm finding that the only thing I really have been eating cooked is my morning oatmeal and whatever protein I'm eating. This is my favorite way to eat...feels nice getting back to it<img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
i have been stuck since i had bronchitis about 2 months ago. still down 6 but only down 6. I have WAY increased my activity. from 9 miles only a week to about 20 with extra puppy walks and other cross training.<br>
i've been doing some looking and it seems i might be about 4-600 calories short. school has recently kicked my ass. having a hard time getting in all my meals... but i've only got a week or so to live with it so i'm hopeful to get back to a more balanced eating plan.
My monthly measurements were pretty much the same as March 1st so I maintained. I did set one goal for April- loose 1 inch around the belly button. Now if I can use that for motivation to do a better job on my eating choices I just might achieve my goal.
I know it may not be what you were aiming for but at least the numbers didn't go up where you didn't want them to.<br><br>
Have you tried pilates? I got my DH doing them and he's noticed a reduction to his waist line.
<span style="font-size:large;"><span style="color:#FF0000;"><br><span style="font-size:300%;">1!</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:300%;"><br><br><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="font-size:medium;">The very nice Ms. Colleen suggested the very same thing this morning. I do want to try them! I was thinking yesterday that using the same ab machine for as long as I have probably has had a diminishing effect (after a while).<br><br>
I would appreciate all pm's with web sites to programs, workouts, etc. I want to try something new. Thanks for thinking of me and for the suggestion. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br></span></span></span>
Hey, everyone:<br><br>
